We put our heart into every order. But if something arrives broken or incorrect — we will make it right. No drama. No runaround. Just a solution.


WHEN WE WILL REFUND YOU — 100%


We want to be completely upfront with you about when a refund applies — so there are no surprises on either side.

 

You are fully eligible for a refund if:

Your canvas arrived physically damaged — torn, cracked frame, dented edges, or any damage caused during shipping

You received the wrong design — a different artwork than what you ordered

You received the wrong size — 20×30 ordered, 16×20 received (or vice versa)

If any of the above happened to you we will replace your order or refund you completely. No questions. No lengthy process. Just tell us what happened and we'll sort it.


ℹ️ WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND — AND WHY


We want to be honest with you here, because we think you deserve a straight answer rather than fine print.

 

Change of mind or design preference — every canvas is custom-printed specifically for your order. Once it's printed, it cannot be resold. We hope you understand this.


"It looks different on my wall" — colours on screens can vary slightly from physical prints. We always recommend checking the product images carefully before ordering.


Minor packaging damage — if the outer box has a small dent but the canvas inside is completely fine, that doesn't qualify for a refund.



We know this might feel strict — but it allows us to keep our prices fair for everyone. We genuinely put thought into every design and the print quality. If you're unsure about anything before ordering, please ask us first — we'd rather help you choose right than deal with regret later.

HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND — STEP BY STEP

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, here's exactly what to do. It's simple — we promise.

 

📦 Step 1 — Open your order on camera
When your delivery arrives, open it on video. We know this sounds unusual — but it protects both of us. A short unboxing video is the clearest proof of what arrived.

🎥 Step 2 — Record the issue clearly
If something is wrong — show us the damage or the incorrect product clearly on video. Make sure the canvas, the packaging, and your order details are visible.
At delivery or within 24 hours
📱 Step 3 — Send it to us within 24 hours
WhatsApp us the video at +91 [7877064123] or email it to hello@shophngd.in — along with your order number. Please do this within 24 hours of delivery. After that window, we cannot process the claim.

Step 4 — We sort it out
Once we review your video, we'll either replace your canvas immediately or process a full refund — whichever you prefer. We'll confirm within 24 hours of receiving your claim.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed — no exceptions. We know that sounds firm, but it's necessary to prevent misuse. If you're unsure whether your issue qualifies, just reach out to us and we'll tell you honestly.
