🚚 THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT DELIVERY


We'll be straight with you — shipping canvas art across India takes a bit of time. We're not Amazon. We're a small team that packs every order with care, and we use trusted courier partners to get it to you safely.

Here's what to expect: Once your order is placed, we try to dispatch it as quickly as we can — usually within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on where in India you are.

So the total time from order to your doorstep is roughly 6–12 working days. We know that's not instant — and we appreciate your patience. Every canvas is worth the wait.

 

WHAT "WORKING DAYS" MEANS
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. If you order on a Friday, your dispatch timeline starts from Monday. We'll always keep you updated.


📦HOW WE PACK YOUR ORDER

 Canvas art is delicate. We take packaging seriously because we genuinely don't want your order arriving damaged — it breaks our heart as much as yours.

 

🫧Your canvas is bubble-wrapped completely — every edge, every corner

📐The corners are individually protected with corner guards — the most vulnerable part of a stretched canvas

📦The wrapped canvas goes into a sturdy outer box that's sized to fit snugly — no movement, no rattling

🔒The box is sealed and labelled as "Fragile — Handle With Care" so courier staff know to treat it carefully

We've shipped hundreds of canvases this way and the vast majority arrive in perfect condition. But if yours doesn't — please see our Returns & Refunds page. We'll fix it.

🇮🇳 Pan-India — we ship to every state in India. Metro cities, tier-2 cities, smaller towns — if there's a deliverable address, we'll get it to you.
🆓FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
REMOTE LOCATIONS
If you're in a very remote location, delivery may take a couple of extra days. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your pin code — just WhatsApp us and we'll check for you.
